In the interest of comfort and safety, we also regularly introduce new solutions. We run one of the most advanced “turnkey” apartment finishing programs – ATAL Design, with a wide range of materials from reputed manufacturers.

Our sense of responsibility, transparency and willingness to improve the quality of life are reflected in the stock market listing and numerous awards, e.g. Gazele Biznesu (pol. Business Gazelles), Forbes Diamonds, Perły Polskiej Gospodarki (pol. Pearls of Polish Economy) or the title of Construction Company of the Year. We are a member of the Polish Association of Development Companies (PZFD). We also participate in the Financially Trustworthy Company and Reliable Company programs, in which we obtained the Golden Certificate. Our projects are regularly awarded in international competitions. We have been awarded twice in the prestigious European Property Awards Development competition (in 2020, the ATAL Baltica Towers investment in the Best Mixed Use Development Poland category, and in 2022, the Sokolska 30 Towers investment in the Residential Development 20+ Units and Residential High-Rise Development categories). In addition, the ATAL Warta Towers and ATAL Towers projects were appreciated and honoured in the Global Future Design Awards competition.
